We are excited to share the following projects being worked on in 2021:

Alvin High School No .4 – Iowa Colony, Texas New three-story 550,000 SF high school for Alvin Independent School District.  This high school campus will house approximately 2,500 students.   This project starts with a three story open concept student union and entry and then continues with associated classrooms, cafeteria, administration offices, library, college career resource center, science labs, culinary lab, weight room, performing arts center, drama room, animal science / wildlife classroom, horticulture and landscape classroom, medical clinic, band hall and practice rooms, choir lab, practice and competition gymnasiums and locker rooms, football field and press box, soccer field, track and field, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, natatorium and maintenance and operations building and central plan.

Clear Creek Community Church - Friendswood, Texas - New 35,000 sf single story metal building church with sanctuary, Sunday school rooms, youth / multi purpose room, meeting rooms and kitchenette.

Aldine Fire Station No. 11 – Houston, Texas - New one story 15,185  sf fire station with 4 apparatus bays, day room, locker room and laundry room with EMS, sleeping / living quarters, kitchen and dining, bunker gear and watch room and training room.

Humble ISD Atascocita and Summer Creek High School Additions and Renovations – Houston, Texas Atascocita High School Gymnasium & Classroom Addition the addition of a 48,324 sf 2 story 20 typical classrooms and 3 CTE classrooms that is tied to the existing building as well as the addition of a practice gymnasium and a lobby to their existing building.  The Weight Room, Storage and Locker Room Expansion  it consisted of a 9,828 sf expansion of the existing Weight Room, Storage and Locker Room Expansion.  At Summer Creek High School this package consists of the addition of a 10,222 sf practice gymnasium to their existing building and a 9,811 sf expansion of the existing Weight Room, Storage and Locker Room Expansion.


Cypress Creek Fire Station No. 25 - Houston, Texas The project consists of the design and construction of a new state of the art fire station approximately 16,245 square feet intended to house an engine crew and administrative staff. The facility will be constructed to operate full staff on a 24/7 basis.  The station will include 13 dorm rooms, restrooms with showers, a kitchen dining area, a day room, a watch office, two offices, personnel and equipment decontamination areas, and storage areas for bunker gear and supplies. The facility will contain three 88-foot-deep drive through apparatus bays and the site will include secure parking for all on duty staff a well as limited number of visitor parking stalls. The structural envelope will be designed to 150 mph 3 second gust criteria for wind loads.


Humble ISD Centennial Elementary School Houston, Texas New 116,000 sf one story Pre K - 5th grade elementary school.  The school incorporates classrooms, science lab, library,  art and music rooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, bilingual rooms and administrative offices.  The design of this school included pod furnishings of an airport, space, big thicket, Lake Houston, small town and oil and Playcraft Locomotive, which is the school’s mascot.

New Caney ISD Keefer Crossing Middle School – New Caney, Texas New 226,250 sf middle school.  The 1,500 student Middle School project consists of a two and a three-story academic 13 winged school building, and a freestanding athletic field house with weight room 14 building; a lighted artificial turf competition football field with an eight lane, 400-meter 15 synthetic track and associated field events; and concrete parking and drives.



New Caney High School No. 3 Kingwood, Texas New 337,000 sf 3 story high school.  Construction of a new 1500 student capacity comprehensive high school, and associated classrooms, science and CTE labs, kitchen, dining, performing arts center with 600 seats, competition and auxiliary gyms, field house, football & athletic fields and associated administration offices. The project also includes an outdoor basketball play area

New Caney Technology Building -Porter, Texas New 15,900 SF facility for the District Technology Department.
