New four-story 170,000 SF Corporate Office Building consisting of office spaces, call center, cafeteria, and warehouse. The tilt-wall structure with ribbon windows also included interior storm drainage, cooling tower, and emergency generator. The site included over 330,000 SF of concrete paving and 42,000 SF of sidewalks with multiple seat and landscape walls.
